Intern - Communication Department Team Assistant 公关部助理实习生
- 工作地点: 上海浦东张江高科
- 每周至少3天
- 本科二年级或三年级
- 实习期 > 3个月
Job Description:
- Typing data collected from Marcom events and consolidate into a report.
- Arrange translation and update the internet.
- Prepare the materials for Marcom events and help the delivery.
- Routine administration job as a team assistant.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Can work at least 3 days per week
- Intern experience as Team Assistant is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented, results oriented, and enthusiastic
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Positive, eager to learn and willing to take up new duties
