o Planning and executing ebook promotion calendars, which includes defining offers, creative proposal, landing page creation and onsite placements etc. 

o Own specific categories to upsell key titles and facilitate content acquisition 

o Own specific merchandising programs to drive traffic or CX related improvements 

o Synthesize and analyze business metrics for insights summary

o Strong writing skills and e-commerce merchandising experience

o Experience designing and executing online customer experiences

o Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management

o Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and attention to detail

o Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations

o An understanding of, and passion for media and technology and better book lovers

o Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment

o Technical ability in using HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly

o BA/BS required
