Position: QC，工作地点浙江 临海 台州

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform On - Line and Final Inspections for plastic injection with painting or tempo printing toys, stuffing toys, electronic Led lighting and some hardgoods like furniture.

2. Conduct production process audit and quality issues follow up for new and existing products.

3. Go to factory drawing outside lab testing samples and Production Audit samples.

4. Go to major vendors’ factory monitor and report key items’ production status.

5. Accompany Third Party Inspector conduct Key Customer Orders’ Final Inspections.

6. Other jobs assign by QC Supervisor or management.

Requirements:

1. Must have 2~3 years work experience of above mentioned toys’ inspections.

2. Familiar with ASTM F963 / EN71 and can do toys’ basic abuse testing (Tension / Torque / Toy Drop etc.).

3. Good knowledge of Toys and QC process.

4. Able to write English inspection report and report daily quality issues by e-mail.

5. Willing to travel to different location’s factories.

6. Willing to be our Temporary QC Inspector for 6 months at least; if you meet our requirements and have a good performance during the Temporary QC period, when we need hire a long-term QC Inspector, we will prior consider you.

Education:

1. College degree, major in Engineering or Mechanical;

2. Good English with writing and reading.
