Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope and schedule

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

• Coordinate meeting schedule and ensuring proper documentation of meeting minutes

• Translation of documents

• Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management

• Adaptable to a fast growing, ever changing, start-up like culture

• Experience in setting up new K-12 schools in China preferred

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English & Mandarin)

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
