职位描述
We are looking for an international customer service representative who is fluent in both Chinese and English, to help our growing number of customers around the globe. You will be on the forefront to listen to our customers, understand their needs, help them to find the best way to trade on our platform. You will grow with our customers, and also help us grow the team in the future.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way
Identify customer needs and direct customer to the correct features for a better trading experience
Collect, analyze product-related issues and report to the proper person/team
Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback about improvement advice such as new features, trading experience, etc. and share internally
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Requirements:
College degree and above
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent emotion management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Related experience and familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is a plus
Willing to cover night shifts and work on weekends and holidays

岗位职责:
准确、及时地回复用户问询
了解用户需求并引导客户使用正确的功能以获得更好的交易体验
收集并分析产品相关问题并汇报给相关的部门或人员
积极跟进,确保用户问题得到妥善解决
收集用户对产品的改进建议,如新功能、交易体验等,并传达给相关团队人员
协助培训新的客服团队成员
能力要求:
大专学历及以上
出色的沟通及解决问题的能力
出色的情绪管理能力
同时兼顾多项任务并合理安排优先级的能力
在数字资产或区块链行业有相关经验者优先
接受夜班,并且能在周末及节假日上班
