职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Independently develop test automation software infrastructure/framework from scratch.
?Work with system test engineers to understand individual test cases/procedures and automate them and then verify automation codes by running real testing.
?Maintain automation software regularly.
?Help a system test engineer solve automation-related problems.
?If requested, need to take a system test engineer role (e.g., execute test cases, enter a bug to database, perform regression test and close the bug).
Qualification:
?BS+ degree in EE, CE, CS or equivalent.
?5+ years of experience in developing test automation and scripting tools.
?Extensive working experience (from hardware driver to user interface layers) in creating test automation software infrastructure from scratch to the final stable/complete stage.
?Highly experienced in using C/C++ and Tcl/TK or Python (scripting) languages.
?Experience with using source code control systems (SVN preferred).
?Good working knowledge of PHY and MAC layer protocols (e.g., OFDM modulation, IEEE802.1p/QoS, 802.1Q/VLAN, Ethernet flow control and multicast).
?Very good experience of RS-232 protocol, system consoles and how to script for automation.
?Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
?Strong organizational, interpersonal and communicational skills.
?Experience using test equipment such as Spirent TestCenter (SmartBits)/IXIA, signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
?Overall knowledge of home networking technologies (based on power line/coaxial cable/ phone line) is a plus.
