Responsibilities：

• Oversee the function of quality control；Provide leadership in ensuring quality of the products and in ensuring that they meet established specifications. Develop and implement QC strategies/targets according to the company objectives;
• Identify and ensure implementation of improvements in the laboratories.
• Ensure formal review and approval of all documentation, including specifications and test methods, data records, certificates of analysis, method validation documentation.
• Conduct training on OES/XRF/CMM/VMM/3D Scanning etc. testing instruments.
• Ensure testing of all applicable samples in compliance with QMS and the customer/client requirements.
• Ensure thorough analysis of failures & NCRs and implement corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with Quality Assurance.

·         Expert in Metrology, GD&T are preferred.

·         Know how to measure things from a scientific point of view.

·         Fluent spoken English.
