RESPONSABILITIES:

• To have knowledge of feeder and barge cargo connection and Customs and Manifest data flow.
• To verify import consignee's SI cargo, destination, transshipment mode domestic or international to match feeder and cargo schedule.
• To coordinate barge inbound and outbound orders between barge and terminals, and ensure smooth hot connection and minimize transit idle time under the space control.
• To implement application system on schedule codification by voyage / feeder and update timely the tracking ETC to minimize moves suspension in tracking system.
• To meet clients' request and assign local charges debit to liable party, when COV / COD / Holding / Special claim instruction is conducted.
• To follow up Journey leg updated in CMA system, relay updated in APL system. Switch manifest under Hong Kong admin call.

                            

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Bachelor degree.
• Shipping industry/feeder intermodal logistic experience preferred.
• Be good in English.
• Be good at using Office applications.
• Be responsible and self-initiative, skilled in communication.
