RESPONSABILITIES:

• Receive customer bill of lading release request and performance BL release;
• Check application documents (standing order/Telex release application)
• Check if all prepaid payment settled;
• Release BL and update system;
• Handle Customers’ inquire on BL Release issues;
• Promote group’s ecommerce solutions to customer;
• To cooperate with other teams & agents to handle the clients’ inquiries with professional service manner;
• To support the project related to process improvement and standardization.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• College Degree or above.
• Be proficient in English both verbal and writing.
• Be good at using office applications, especially EXCEL.
• Customer Oriented.
• Good communication and team work spirit.
• Willing to work under pressure.
