岗位职责：

1. 协助技术经理处理与软件应用相关的项目，尤其是EPICOR ERP的实施、开发、优化和维护；

2. 从业务角度了解用户需求，识别潜在解决方案，记录商定的要求并跟进项目以确保交付；

3. 在实施周期中进行系统测试和配置；

4. 准备培训材料并为用户提供培训；

5. 执行故障排除和持续的应用程序支持。

6. 部门相关的技术支持工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；

2. 至少1年的EPICOR或3年的其他ERP系统实施和开发经验；

3. 熟悉.NET、C＃、SQL语言和MS SQL数据库；

4. 有制造业环境下的工作经验优先；

5. 在解决问题方面具有创造性，善于人际交往能力以及强烈的商业意识；

6. 有良好的英语书面（包括商务写作）和口头沟通技巧优先。
