?    Assist with the smooth transition to central property data management system by understanding the requirements. Support setup of all related records in the property databases.

?    Manage property related datasets, ensuring its accuracy and integrity at all times 

?    Organize and facilitate amendments to existing property data at client and property level 

?    Conduct regular data reconciliations between business and the central property data management system. Investigate discrepancies and manage to resolution.

?    Assist on any queries in relation to property related data maintenance 

?    Develop and improve standardized, streamlined and efficient data related operations processes with Sales Management

?    Drive and assist with the production of reports upon local Sales Management request

?    Attend/participates in relevant business/market related meetings/calls and supports in production of client facing report as per required 

?    Learns and supports other technology tools if/as required by business needs  

?    Cross function communication, to collect/verify/analyze data from different resource and direction

?    Complete any other duties as per required by local Sales Management

Preferred candidate would be/possess: 

?    Experiences in analyzing and transforming large sets of data into deliverables catered to both the business and sales platform

?    Well-organized individual with very high attention to detail

?    Sound understanding of data quality controls and processes.

?    Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally at all levels.

?    Communication skills.

?    Ability to manage own workload, effectively prioritize and work to deadline with minimum supervision.

?    Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite 

?    Fluent oral and written English and Chinese
