[Develop new products/promotions/business solutions]To initiate, understand, propose and develop until complete trade products/ promotions in order to meet the customers' needs and our business goals. Also to ensure that it's complied with all related parties' concern.

[Develop and continuously improve product process] To design and ensure the efficiency of the end-to-end product process.

[Develop communication plan]To effectively communicate new products/processes/promotions/business solutions to business team and to target customers.

[Solve issues related to products]To solve issues arising from the product usage.

[To handle other works assigned by the supervisors]To handle other works assigned by the supervisors.

岗位要求：

Bachelor degree or higher degree majoring business administration, management, marketing or financial；

At least three years experiences in credit process and product development in the banking industry,be versatile and understand all product categories to deliver a complicated products；

Good communication skills both in Chinese and English, idependent, and able to work under high pressure.
