Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sourcing events and analyze the supply market
• Contribute to new supplier selection processes and supplier relationships management
• Establish and execute category strategies to support corporate objectives, and work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create breakthrough, strategic operational capabilities that drive business outcomes that can result in real marketplace differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external supplier relationship

 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience in direct procurement category management, particularly in home appliance product contract manufacturing management. 

In addition, it would be great if you have the following: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, technical field or equivalent experience

·         Track record of consistent cost savings / CI contribution

·         Demonstrated experience in internal stakeholders and supplier relationship management

·         Knowledge of the procure to pay process

·         In-depth knowledge and experience of strategic sourcing processes, organization, and technologies

·         Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a global organization with minimum supervision

·         Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to interface at all levels of the organization in different parts of the world

·         Ability to lead and motivate teams

·         Strong business acumen

·         Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis

·         Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP and Ariba

·         Knowledge of relevant IT systems including; ERP, Spend Analytics and Contract Management
