Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop suppliers in quality and technical aspects. Major activities include:

1. Evaluation and qualification of new components suppliers.(QSA/RSC/QPA)

2. Facilitate the Early transforner/active parts and passive parts suppliers quality involvement of new product development phase, e.g. components' critical characteristics review, DFMEA.MSA,PFMEA,CP,QPA,NPR,Process

Capability and actions follow up etc.

3.Monitoring and controlling of components supplier quality performance,i.e.Process Yield, outgoing DPPM,CPK,Monthly Top actions follow-up etc.

4.Expedite and support to resolve all related components supplier quality and technical issues involved some LA, MRB,SCAR follow-up timely and effectively.

5. Work with supplier and internal functional team to manage supplier change notification process in Agile system.

6. Regular audit of supplier manufacturing system and process based on the plan.

7. Implement component continual improvement process and CCIP projects follow-up on quality improvement and cost saving at components supplier factory.

8. Support key actions of quality&environmental strategy deployed to suppliers.

Support global procurement activities among Salcomp sites. Major activities include:

1. Specify and review process performance and outgoing quality inspection reports&Coc in local suppliers or sub-suppliers

2. Follow up consolidation material quality issues related to plastic cover and handle SCAR number timely and effectively within inter-companies of Salcomp sites.

3. Drive the components suppliers ‘process yield and outgoing quality improvement to be assure components material quality within inter-companies.

Other tasks related to supplier quality development or assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Electronic, mechanical Engineering or above.

2. Good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin

3. Over 2 years working experience in Electronic, mechanical or related product manufacturing. Wherein some years up of supplier quality management is preferable.

4. Expertise in Project management and supplier quality management in multinational company is an advantage.

5. Strong background and know-how in quality control& quality problem solving tools, customer complaint handling process etc.

6. Good industrial knowledge on telecommunication products/materials, processes and technologies.

7. Well-organized with cross function teams, analytical, energetic, proactive.

8. Good Communication and interpersonal skill with team work spirit.

9. Willing to travel and work under the pressure.
