岗位职责：
1.根据加工图纸要求，把石墨料或铜料装夹，为电极加工做***步准备；
2.严格按照加工图纸要求, 把石墨料或铜料装夹；
3.服从上司的安排， 加工难度较高的工件，准时完成工作任务﹐肯为工作结果承担责任
4.当其它操作员在操作时遇到困难时协助解决，教导学徒；
5. 维修简单的机器故障,了解并掌握机器维护保养的一些基本方法。
岗位要求：
1.中专或高中以上学历，三年以上同职工作经验；
2.熟练操作法兰克系统，能独立看懂加工图纸，会磨刀；
3.会操作MAKINO V22 V33 优先；
4.熟练办公技能Office；
