Position Description:
? A working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance is required (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam)
? Support proficiency on applicable laws and regulations issued by various government agencies and translate them into business compliance best practices
? Perform post entry audits of all Customs Brokers
? Conduct internal audits and reviews
? Prepare trade compliance reporting, dashboards
? Execute import/export compliance activities such as commodity jurisdiction, product classification (ECCN & HTS)
? Restricted Party Screening
? Maintain HK import and export license internally with key stakeholders
? Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements
? Monitor changes in government trade regulations to ensure internal processes and procedures are implemented
? Collaborate cross functionally to ensure compliance with all relevant trade related laws and regulations while enabling the business to achieve objectives
? Participate in trade compliance associations to stay current on import regulations and best practices
? Perform other duties as assigned
? Manage a diverse workload which may include changes in priorities and responsibilities

Position Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree preferred
? Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with international trade and/or customs compliance experience
? Must have good knowledge and experience with export control regulations
? Experience with general licensing determination and ECCN classification
? Capable of research, understand, and interpret legal regulations
? Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
