高级精益顾问/Lean/6Sigma Black Belt

工作职责：

1. 培训精益生产原则，方法和工具，并推进现场实施；

2. 分析价值流程图，辨析生产流程中的各种浪费，并立项改进，跟踪改进进度和效果；

3. 现场实施5S和可视化管理，保持工作现场高效，整洁，改进现场工作环境；

4. 分析流程的生产周期和岗位的生产节拍，运用精益和IE手法改进和平衡岗位负荷，实现均衡化生产，保证流程流畅运行；

5. 实施快速换模和全员生产性维护（TPM），提高设备综合效率和生产的弹性；

6. 对精益生产的成熟度和效果进行评估，采取措施保证精益生产顺利推进。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，制造业背景；

2.熟悉精益生产体系和IE改善,熟悉六西格玛流程和绩效改善软件和工具；

3.熟悉质量改善和控制的工具；

4.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件。
