Responsibility：

• 销售区域：负责广东，福建和广西的业务，积极完成每年的销售业绩；
• 负责公司新客户的开发和现有客户的维护，定期的拜访；
• 对客户解释产品的特性，并进行的技术沟通， 制定个性化解决方案；
• 管理代理商，拓展新的销售渠道；
• 收集，整理区域内市场的信息，包括竞争对手的信息；
• 作为与客户紧密的联系人，协调客户、技术团队、 市场部、支持所有市场营销相关的活动， 包括技术沟通、展会、研讨会等等。

Requirement：

• 本科学历，机械或者电子专业优先，熟悉有关减速机和电机的知识；
• 有4年以上相关工作经验，熟悉大品牌的控制系统和伺服电机制造商；
• 具有良好的沟通协调能力，有高度责任心，对于充满挑战的销售工作有热情；
• 具备逻辑思考能力以及独立开发客户的能力；
• 英语读写良好。
