工作职责：

1、负责开发与联系供应商，与供应商沟通项目，跟进项目

2、负责越南分公司的组建，运营与发展；

3、负责根据公司发展需要，组建团队，完善相关制度；

4、负责越南分公司各项业务的执行计划；

5、与供应商合作，实施和协调供应链，以降低成本和交货期，并与美国和中国的团队密切配合。

6、开发和管理越南分公司的项目/业务团队，有效配合总公司产品研发、项目管理计划

工作要求：

1、有越南常驻经验优先，熟悉越南胡志明周边供应链；

2、有机械电子、塑胶注塑模具、产品开发、项目管理经验优先；

3、精通英语、越南语，中文会简单沟通即可；

4、具有较强的团队管理、项目管理能力；

5、熟悉质量体系，ISO9001，ISO13485者优先。

Job title: General manager ,Vietnam branch

Work address: Ho Chi Minh City(Saigon), Vietnam

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for developing and contacting suppliers, communicating projects with suppliers and following up projects

2. Responsible for the establishment, operation and development of Vietnam branch;

3. Be responsible for establishing a team and improving relevant systems according to the development needs of the company;

4. Responsible for the implementation plan of Vietnam branch's business.

5. work with suppliers to implement and coordinate the supply chain to reduce costs and lead times, and work closely with teams in the US and China.

6. Develop and manage the project / business team of Vietnam branch, effectively cooperate with the product R&D and project management plan of the head office.

Requirement：

1. Resident experience in Vietnam preferred, familiar with supply chain around Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam;

2. Experience in mechanical electronics, plastic injection mold, product development and project management is preferred;

3. Proficient in English and Vietnamese, Chinese can communicate easily;

4. Have strong team management and project management ability;

5. Familiar with quality system, ISO9001 and ISO13485 are preferred.

  DSC Global LLC, founded at Chicago, IL, USA in the year of 2009, is your one-stop shop for your custom plastic injection molded products with ISO 9001 :2015, mainly engaged in product design/ development, mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, and secondary operations for a wide range of industries. DSC Global specializes in the field of Automotive products, LED lighting products, Electronics, Medical devices and etc.
  We have up to 80 employees on staff. 10 superior mold designers with more than 10 years experience and 5 experienced and professional project engineers are greatly familiar with the mold standards of Europe and North America. We offer our customers technical support and the best timely solutions with rich experience.
  Our Plant operates 24/7 and are geared to handle new design and builds, as well as any engineering changes or any modification work that is required by our customers. Our strategic close proximity to a large number of our customers results in quicker turnaround times, less travel time and drastically reduced costs.
  We are able to build mold size up to 2 meters. Include prototype mold, serial mold, multi-cavity mold, insert mold, 2 shot mold, stack mold and etc. In 2018, DSC's mold design capacity increased to 30-40 sets per month, mold manufacturing capacity increased to 20-30 sets per month.
