Responsibilities:

-         Develop and Evolve the QA Procedures and QA Team for the company with responsibility for overall Quality for all products, suppliers and manufacturers.

-         Ensure that the Corporate Quality Policy is executed in all production sites in a professional manner suited to building better processes and partnerships.

-         Create strategic plans for Quality improvement and establish goals and targets.

-         Execute and manage projects related to Quality process improvement and cost control.

-         Handle and resolve quality issues and any claims.

-         Assist in sourcing and assessing VM factories and work to bring up their quality performance.

-         Support sourcing, development, production and other internal teams as a key team member in the organization.

-         Integrate and inculcate Quality processes and culture into all areas of the business.

Requirements:

-         Honesty and integrity.

-         Degree holder in Quality Management in textiles, manufacturing or related discipline;

-         Above 10 years experience in garment quality assurance

-         Sound knowledge of the production flow, QA knowledge and solid experience in arrange IQC, IPQC, FQC and provide advice and solution on technical issues;

-         Familiar with the quality control system like SPC, ISO9000 and TQM;

-         Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

-         Fluent in English and excellent command of spoken Mandarin;

-         Stationed in China is required.
