Responsibilities:

  

 

  

In charge overall IT/ERP department management

  

 

  

Manage ERP implementation project and ERP operation, IT infrastructure buildup and operation, IT integration

  

 

  

Control Budget, setup the bridge between management and IT system

  

 

  

Built up and maintained a good relationship with all clients and vendors.

  

 

  

Consulted and delivered IT solution to meet requirements for all clients.

  

 

  

Cooperated with contractor and vendor to offer all clients with satisfactory and efficient IT environment and IT service

  

 

  

Formulate Planning, management and implementation system of Group Corporate Information according to corporate strategic planning

  

 

  

Establish the project team to conduct an internal investigation of the group and write analytical reports, rectification and optimization

  

 

  

Optimize business processes to reduce costs and risk of management and reduce risk of information security management

  

 

  

Be responsible for the daily operation and continuous improvement of IT services used by business users particularly in the following System Application and Infrastructure management

  

 

  

Development of IT within the group objectives, strategies and plans

  

 

  

IT security and control for the purpose of developing and maintaining IT systems, procedures and processes

  

 

  

Optimization, set up IT based organizations and ERP systems

  

 

  

ERP system implementation

  

 

  

Ensure guest facility software/hardware are well set up to allow brand alignment with delivery services

  

 

  

 

  

Requirement:

  

 

  

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or relevant major

  

 

  

More than 12 years IT experience, at least 3 years overall IT management experience

  

 

  

 people management experience

  

 

  

Strong competence to manage  IT team, handle IT budget, build business case, lead IT project

  

 

  

Outstanding Leadership and communication skills and project management ability

  

 

  

MNC experience

  

 

  

Experience in leading IT team consists of IT support for Business Application and ERP, and IT support for Enterprise Infrastructure

  

 

  

Hands-on IT infrastructure knowledge for enterprise environment,

  

 

  

Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills

  

 

  

Stable, high business sense, innovation, strategic, effective
