This role is a marketing generalist who will plan and conduct LKT China online and offline communications, brand content development, communications vehicles development, retail promotion and be responsible for events ROI.

    

资深市场专员主要负责骊住橱柜整体线上、线下的传播，传播内容的撰写，沟通工具的开发，零售促销的计划和执行等。

Key Responsibilities： 

TMK (50%) 

- Monthly retail store data collection and analysis;  月度零售数据的汇总和分析； 计划和执行月度零售促销活动； 

- Plan and implement retail promotion to support retail sales growth; Plan and implement designer events and keep track on events ROI; 计划和执行设计活动，并追踪活动ROI； 

- Daily communications with sales department for retail daily operation; 日常零售相关的工作；

MarCom (50%) 

- Sales tool development, including product brochure, promotion leaflet, video, website, etc., 销售工具，比如产品样册，宣传单页，视频，网站的开发和设计； 

- Brand content development, product selling points, business communications message, events write-up .etc., 负责公司各类市场推广稿件、宣传资料的策划与编写;  

- Website and wechat daily operation; 负责微信公众平台，公司网站等媒体渠道的运营、推广和维护更新；

- Events management and ROI calculation (PR events, new product launch, dealer meeting. etc.,);活动的执行和管理，对ROI 负责；

- Manages tactical development working with external creative agency partners ensuring adherence to brand standards; 管理品牌设计元素，确保对内对外的品牌视觉传播符合品牌形象；                  

Job Specifications：

- 本科及以上学历

- 5年以上市场营销工作经验，有建材行业工作经验为佳；

- 有创造力，有足够的勇气去挑战现状

- 易相处，优秀的人际交往技能，能与不同文化背景的人交流沟通

- 很强的逻辑思维，考虑清晰完整

- 有毅力，能在压力下工作
