Responsible for planning and implementation of HR marketing and employee engagement activities in Beijing Branch.

Major Responsibilities

• Define recruitment channel strategy, innovate sourcing channels and monitoring channel performance on regular basis.
• Implement global Employer Branding topics in Beijing Branch, eg. EVP, by cooperating with headquarter and the other BMW legal entities.
• Define local EVP activities and communication plan to internal and external targets.
• Develop and maintain relationship with the major employer branding platform; be familiar with Linkedin, WeChat, soft article, Weibo, and other social media promotion methods.
• Plan and implement HR activities and employee engagement projects with creativity, eg. Test Drive, Joint Event coordination.
• Participant in HR communication topics in Beijing Branch.
• Draft and execute yearly budget plan, and follow corporate finance and procurement policy.
• Finish other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 4 to 5 years HR experience in multi-national company with proven experience in HR communication & marketing, recruiting
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle complexity, uncertainty and multi-task
• High sense of confidentiality
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented and team player
• Minimum 4 to 5 years HR experience in multi-national company with proven experience in HR communication & marketing, recruiting.
