岗位职责：

全面负责HR全模块管理工作，包括：

1. 根据业务战略制定组织策略，并带领团队确保执行落实到位； 

2. 建立HR各模块/支柱运作体系——薪酬、员工关系、培训、OD、BP，以及HR数据分析及汇报体系； 

3. 根据业务阶段及部门发展阶段设计相应的绩效与激励体系，员工发展体系，文化落地体系，人才管理体系等，推动组织效能的提高； 

4. 完善HR团队搭建，逐步提高团队人员能力及部门效能；

5. 按需主导/辅助跨部门项目的实施，协调各部门关系，创造高效的跨部门合作机制。

任职要求：

1. 具有5-10年大型外资背景经验，带领过10人以上HR团队； 

2. 拥有扎实的HR全模块专业能力，有企业0-1搭建过程优先； 

3. 英文流利优先； 

4. 统招本科及以上学历。
