• Develop/Build a new team with strong suppler evaluation and test/reliability engineering competencies. Champion our core company values
• Support offers from NAM around life cycle management and surveillance tests
• Support End of Life activities as needed, and build strong links with TSM teams
• Execute, enhance, and continue evolve Digital Buildings Brand Labeling Business Strategy
• Drive flawless execution of brand labeling and existing offer evaluation
• Drive Value Engineering and ODM/OEM initiatives for multiple business units under Digital Buildings (Room Units, Sensors, Valves and Actuators…)
• Expand product portfolio to enable new / emerging applications, such as Wifi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, IOT, etc.
• Identify potential alliance/partnership opportunities to support growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PMO, Quality, Industrialization and Purchasing to optimize product performance, time to market and cost by working closely with our partners in the region
• Champion exceptional quality levels and address customer field quality issues with a sense of urgency

• BS Degree in Engineering, MS is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a strong proven record of successful technical leadership. Higher education (MS or PhD candidates can be considered with lesser experience)
• Solid understanding of Embedded Product Development, familiarity with HW/FW development practices and Test Automation is essential to the role.
• Experience with Agile Product Development, PMP as well as Reliability Engineering is a plus
• Strong technical background with business acumen and good understanding of talent & technical competency management
• Basic understanding of wireless technologies (Zigbee, Bluetooth, WIFI), Embedded OS, and Mechanical Design Principles.
• Deep understanding of IoT Technologies, Product Reliability, and Industrial Electronics. Sensors/Thermostats and Controller market experience a big plus.
• Experience in OEM/ODM contract manufacturing is a big plus.
• Proficient communication skills (remote as well as in person). Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to navigate in a multicultural business environment and building global networks
• Motivated to handle fast pace working environment with globally dispersed teams. Experience from previous roles/companies is a plus.
• 25% travel required – domestically and internationally.
