To ensure daily ordering and reporting function go smooth as the number of dealers and area managers go up quickly.

 

Major Responsibilities

•             Operate daily ordering business such on order transfer, order tracking and modification

•             Do order entry assignment on daily/monthly basis

•             Communicate with BMW AG Central ordering colleague regarding ordering related tasks ( i.e. open quota checking and booking, order change)

•             Assist area managers/dealers with ordering, wholesale and retail, target and requirement related issue

•             Maintain ordering related IT systems

•             Coordinate with relevant departments’ delivery training of ordering process and system to new dealers

•             Prepare monthly allocation plan according to overall planning and regional feedback

•             Work together with product and planning colleagues for specific product

•             Provide related sales report to management

 

Qualifications

•             University degree

•             Knowledge of automotive industry and product

•             Skills with well communication

•             Proficiency with office software, Excel, PPT and Word

•             Proficient English, German would be an advantage

•             Several years’ experience in relative function
