1.Being the first point of contact for the business regarding IT/ SAP-related user support,
change requests and project demands. 作为 IT/ SAP 用户支持、变更请求和项目需求方面业务的第
一联系人；
2.Ability to handle high complexity change requests related to strategic initiatives and the roll
out of enhanced capabilities to the sites independently. 能够独立处理与战略计划相关的高复杂性
变更请求，并向站点提供增强的功能；
3.Responsible for successful delivery of SAP module configuration for change requests/
projects. 负责为变更需求/项目成功配置交付 SAP 模块；
4.Influences stakeholders and drives the usage of SAP standard solutions instead of custom
development. 替代单一惯性定制方案方法，影响并推动 SAP 涉众标准解决方案的使用；
5.Ability to write detailed functional specifications possibly down to the table structure level,
has solid understanding of relationship/ design on the overall solution. 对整体解决方案的关系/设
计有扎实的理解，能撰写细化至表格结构层次的功能规格说明；
6.Planning, coordinating and overseeing Non-Regression Tests (NRT) to mitigate business risks
of changes introduced by Business Releases and Maintenance Releases. 计划、协调和监督非回归
测试(NRT)，以降低由版本引入变更的业务风险；
7.Ensure high grade of master data quality regarding Production Planning and Execution. 确保
生产计划和执行方面的高质量主数据生成；
8.Develop and maintain business process documentation and train responsible areas. 开发和维
护业务流程文档及培训相关领域业务；
9.Managing local SAP authorizations according to corporate guidelines. 根据公司指导方针管理本

10.Work (remotely) in cross-functional and cross-application teams to achieve optimal design
matching business requirements and high level of IT support. 跨功能和跨应用程序团队中远程工
作，实现与业务需求匹配的***设计和 高水平的 IT 支持；
11.Monitoring interfaces to logistic providers and solving issues with faulty SAP documents. 监
控与物流供应商的接口，并解决出现问题的 SAP 文档。   

岗位要求：

信息系统管理，工业工程学，计算机科学或相关专业毕业，全日制本科及以上学历 、

具备医疗保健行业 SAP PP/QM 模块工作经验更佳

熟悉 PP 和 CO 模块之间的集成点，具备后勤(如 MM/SD)模块经验更佳

具备需求收集、功能设计、业务流程分析和项目经验以及终端用户支持方面的专业知识
