管理团队下属20人左右。

工作职责Responsibilities:
-Responsible for NS of perspective region
-服务区域服务预算任务
-Responsible for regional KPIs, regional service business and control direct cost
-负责所辖区域的关键绩效指标，区域服务业务，控制成本
-Develop and implement a Key Account concept, Establish and maintain effective relations with major customers and key decision makers.
-服务所辖地区的KA客户
-To increase efficiency of labor force
-提高人员服务效率
-To Sell service agreement
-销售维保合同
-Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts
-提交各种预测报告
-Back office: secure correct handling of administrative tasks, planning and ordering process.
-掌控服务订单全过程
-Coach service leader and coordinator ’s performance
-指导并监督区域服务主管和服务协调的工作
-Communicate and coordinate with other business units
-协调其他部门的关系
-Responsible for service engineer’s skill improvement
-负责服务工程师技能提高
-Responsible for emergency issues of perspective region
-负责各自区域的紧急情况

任职要求Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical fields
-本科或以上学历，机械相关专业
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and 3 years in manager role
-服务领域5年经验，3年管理经验
-Strong leadership and managerial skills
-领导及管理技能
-Effective communication and coordination skills
-沟通协调能力
-Strong customer service mindset
-强烈服务意识
