岗位职责：

1、负责有效安排生产，监督生产进度，优化生产流程，人员调配，提高效率

2、按时完成生产现场，及时纠正生产和管理错误，处置故障、异常情况和紧急事件；
3、审核生产计划、指令、物料供应及库存报表，控制生产成本；
5、保证产品质量，调整及维护设备工艺；

任职要求：

1、对LED封装精通，了解大功率COB产品的工艺流程，

2、有LED封装厂一年以上管理生产的经验，懂5S和ISO管理流程

3、熟悉、EXCEL、WORD、办公软件操作
4、具备制定生产计划的能力，实现产品质量和控制成本的能力，良好的组织协调与沟通能力；
5、管理能力优秀，沟通能力强，25-40岁，身体健康，认真负责

薪资待遇：

底薪（待遇面谈）+加班费+餐补+节假日福利
