岗位职责：

1、以销售目标为导向，带领团队完成业绩指标；

2、负责销售团队人员管理，监督执行标准化作业，完善工作纪律；

3、负责销售团队人员建设，定期开展职业心态、销售技巧的培训；

4、参与销售团队意向客户谈单，把握折扣权限，达到双方满意成交；

5、完善部门各项KPI考核指标，提升销售团队整体运营能力。
