Job Description

1. Procurement process innovation, improve work process and system.
2. Establish procurement strategy to achieve the business plan.
3. Supply Chain Management: sourcing, supplier selection, evaluation and continued development.
4. To coordinate cross functions to fulfill requirement of users/projects needed.
5. To be responsible for Sourcing attending the demands from HQ in Brazil
6. To update the supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations, following HQ demands.
7. Prepare, maintain and update the Supplier Evaluation
8. Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to solve shortages, missed or late deliveries also other problems.
9. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
10. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
11. To be aligned with Market checking the prices and Exchange Rate, comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best potential suppliers
12. Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.

Other conditions:

1. Working experience for 3 years. Related experience ex buyer, procurement, supply chain.
2. Able to communicate effectively
3. Able to be flexible and wok in a team environment
4. Thinking and acting systematically and good interpersonal skills
5. Work under pressure
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English
7. Degree: Bachelor degree or above
8. Fair English listening, writing and speaking competence
