岗位职责：

1.组织公司行政管理和后勤保障制度流程的制定、修订、实施和发布；

2.负责公司的全年行政相关费用预算的制定及执行监督；

3.负责分支机构的行政与综合保障管理，为各部门提供服务支持和后勤保障；

4.参与公司工作计划的制订和重要会议的组织与协调，督办公司办公会议决定的执行和领导交办事项；

5.审核采购计划与采购预算，组织、协调相关外联工作；

6.公司办公环境、办公设备、办公用品、固定资产等实物管理；.公司办公物业，车辆使用，会务，活动组织等行政事务的管理。

任职条件：

1.全日制大学专科及以上学历，工商管理、行政管理、计算机等专业优先；

具备一定的行政管理、文档管理知识；

2.两年以上企业行政、后勤、内务工作经验，有教育培训行业相关行政工作经验优先；

3.具备良好的文字功底，能按照领导要求撰写相关文件，具备良好的语言表达能力；

4.精通计算机和英语者优先考虑。
