Introduction

The Marketing team is the key driver of business. Our campaigns span through both online (social media, content, digital ads, email, blogs, publications, affiliate networks, public relations, etc.) and offline mediums (magazines, print, events, etc.). Being an internet-based business focused on a global market, it is essential that we keep growing and improving our marketing strategy by channeling fresh, innovative ideas and putting them into action.

We are looking for a dynamic, action-driven individual with a strong balance of both analytical and communication skills. Working from Shanghai, the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Associate will focus on multiple facets of acquisition channels in the Global market including sponsorships, partnerships & affiliate. This is a great opportunity for a junior marketer who

wants to gain experience in influencer marketing while having exposure to other marketing areas.

Responsibilities

● Global Influencer Marketing: Assist, plan & manage Influencer partners on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Podcasts etc. Assist with refcode management and contract management

● External Affiliate: Help improve creative library with the brand team. Track and report performance of affiliate programs on ShareASale and CJ.com

● Internal Affiliate: Assist with approving affiliate referrals on a daily basis and approve payment approvals (monthly). Onboard other affiliate possible partners if they can’t or don’t want to use external affiliate program. Assist with refcode management and contract management

● Other: Assist with Influencer management tool

Requirements

● 1+ years work experience in influencer and affiliate marketing

● Fluent or Native English Speaker

● Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and generating newly paying students

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● A degree in Marketing or Business

● Experienced with Google docs, MS Office, Excel or other Spreadsheet software.

● Eager to learn and develop career further in Digital Marketing

● Team player

Preferences ● Fluent in Chinese or other languages ● Experience working in a startup environment ● Experience with growth hacking or cross-functional growth initiatives
