岗位职责：

1、执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；

2、负责采购订单制作、确认物料交期及按照生产部门要求跟催物料急时到达，确保生产顺利进行；

3、做好物料交货异常信息反馈日报表给供应商，并取得供应商的改善措施，积极跟踪供应商品质改善，将供应商回复的结果及时反馈；

4、负责原供应商的维护及供应商沟通协调工作；

5、物料的清点，物料进销存管理工作及发票的登记及跟催 ；

6、执行并完善成本降低及控制方案，服从领导的安排；

7、相关文件的整理及归档，并每日做好日清工作；

8、完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、至少1年及以上电子材料采购经验

（要求熟悉充电器、集线器、无线充、移动电源类）

2、熟悉跟单工作流程并能熟练操作，具有较好的沟通协调能力，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

3、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，电脑操作熟练；

4、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神。
