1.负责阿里巴巴运营与销售，产品优化曝光，店铺推广，产品及关键词优化；

2.定期针对推广效果跟踪和评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案；对日常的数据跟进，分析，归类，总结等；

3.提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率，完成目标销售额；

4.熟悉阿里的运营环境、交易规则、阿里推广，负责网店的推广工作;

5.积极完成上级安排的其他任务等

任职要求：

1.有1年以上的阿里巴巴平台操作经验，橱窗操作，网络推广与营销经验优先；

2.良好的统筹、逻辑思维、沟通能力，执行力和抗压力强，具备团队合作精神
