1、负责公司京东店铺整体规划、运营、活动策划及推广；

2、制定店铺营销活动策略并执行，对活动效果进行跟踪、评估；

3、制定有效推广方案并执行，对推广效果负责，提升店铺曝光率、点击率、浏览量和转化率；

4、负责与京东官方运营人员日常对接，保持良好的合作关系，争取相关促销活动资源；

5、熟悉京东规则及京东网店操作，熟练运用京东内部推广工具。

任职要求：

1、一年以上京东运营工作经验；

3、具备扎实的实操经验，擅长数据分析，关注利润，理性诊断店铺并制定可行性优化方案；

4、具有非常强的统筹规划能力，计划性强，对店铺发展有清晰的思路和前瞻性；

5、有强烈的责任感和敬业态度，态度积极，个性开朗，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

6、人品好有责任感，能够承受工作中的压力。
