1. Creates the consolidated proposal in brand language (US- EN) and on Market demand to translate in customer language

2. Coordinate cross- functional efforts and ensure all timelines are met.

3. Plans all required activities to deliver an offer on time

4. Analyzes competitive environment

5. Documents and transmits project needs and Make/Buy strategy to procurement

6. Provides Philips Lighting Terms and Conditions to be included in contract to de-risk technical and commercial aspects

7. Manages the approval process in line with the Project Board guidelines and/ or OCAP

8. Transfers complete proposal, contract, risk/opportunity analysis to the execution team

9. Ensures cost target is met by each contributor and elaborate costing sheet

10. Analyzes and includes technical/ commercial proposals from third parties

11. Collects and analyzes customer requirements with Architecture Manager

12. Coordinates and manages all Philips Lighting stakeholders

13. Ensures pre-sales activities follow the M2O Process and checklists are used to de-risk the proposal

14. Ensures close collaboration between the sales teams and the Systems Center

15. Clarify & manage requirements towards execution: Project Mgmt., Customer Service teams and vice versa

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in technology/sciences (BSc), business management

2. Several years of relevant professional experience in technology/engineering industry 

3. Strong soft skills needed.

4. Experience in supporting system products preferred.

5. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively ？

6. Good knowledge in working with Proposals and RfPs ？

7. English, ideally + other European language(s)
