- Work independently on new product development and supplier development;
- Actively support and play an important role in Product Line Review Events. 
- Actively support and engage in key initiatives in the department, including but not limit to supplier management, sourcing diversification and etc;
- Understand online business nature and its differences with stocking item; and work with functional team to communicate well with suppliers on the requirement during quotation stage;
- Identify risk in delivery, and prepare factory visit plan based on priority, risk level and routes easiness and efficiency prior to and during shipping period 
- Collaborate with all parties, PDM, GOM, cross functional teams and suppliers to drive expected results – timely on-boarding and execution. 
- Fully engage in on-boarding process, from SBA set-up, pre-onboarding assessment, On-boarding Kick off, FLEX PLM data collection and checking, working with cross functional teams and suppliers to keep due date of milestones. 
- Provide effective coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion within the expected timeline. 
- Review on-boarding plan and timeline with suppliers and hold them accountable on due dates, be able to identify risks and recommend actions to mitigate, or contingency plan. 
- Effective and concise update on on-boarding status, being able to flag alert when risks are detected.

-BS or above in Business Management or related field with 5 years of working experience preferred

-Good negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism
-Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and project management skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams
-Fluent in both verbal and written English, willing to travel regularly within China and abroad
-CPM and/or CPIM certification preferred;
-Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred;
-Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project;
-Strong sense of logic, analytical skill
-Strong time management skills
-Result-oriented execution
-High passion and fast learner
