·         SAP order entry and follow up for finished goods produced by OC Plants. Ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely manner.  

·         Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse team to resolve order related issues such as lack of stock, credit hold etc.

·         Communicate with distributor, freight forwarder and customers to meet their demand.

·         Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to reach assigned target (Invoice Accuracy, Delivery-To-Request, Order Fill Rate, and Service Claim). Take proactive actions to improve customer service level.

·         Execute OCV regional/global business guidelines and ensure the guidelines are adhering to at all times.

·         Back up to other Customer Service personnel.

Job Requirements

Experience:

1. 1 year or above relevant experience in Customer Service or Logistics
2. Familiar with MS office package and SAP system
3. Good oral and written English (CET-4)
4. Undergraduate Degree.
