要求：

  

1. 中专及以上学历；

2. 2年以上电子制造业工作经验，如SMT，组装等，有新品导入工作经验者优先。

3. 简单的英语听说读写能力

4. 熟悉鱼骨图，柏拉图，查检表等质量控制手法，新品导入中工时以及物料用量的测算，不良品的分析改善。

5. 良好的办公软件操作能力，如Outlook, Excel, PPT

6. 良好的团队合作和沟通能力，动手操作的能力，迅速适应环境的能力

    

              

职责:

  

1. 协助工程师编写或更新作业指导书，流程图，工时，物料用量，BOM等等。

2. 协助工程师进行新品试产准备工作，以及跟进试产；

3. 协助工程师跟进DOE和制程改善方案的实施，收集在线相关数据和资料；

4. 对生产员工进行工艺流程，操作手法和操作技能的培训；

5. 跟进并改善生产工艺流程，对不合理之处提出改善建议；

6. 针对生产过程中的不良品，进行初步的分析和改善。
