职位描述
岗位职责:
1、主导数据产品设计，与数据开发、业务产品团队紧密合作，挖掘数据价值，形成数据产品；
2、管理和分析业务场景和数据需求，规划、推动、落实产品规划，为结果负责；
3、针对不同行业、不同业务场景，打造数据服务多元产品体系，丰富商业价值；
4、研究分析数据产业商业环境、竞品和市场格局，捕捉数据价值和产品机会，支持领导层布局决策；
岗位要求:
1、应用数学、统计学、数据科学、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、8年To B产品和数据产品工作经验，有商业、零售、金融等方向经历优先考虑；
3、能够独立完成产品的整体应用架构设计，并且对产品实现的完整工作流程熟悉；
4、具备良好的数据敏感度和业务视野，能够敏锐捕捉数据价值和产品机会；
5、了解底层数据架构技术以及应用层数据分析和算法基本概念，能向数据开发与业务团队清晰阐述产品价值；
6、沟通能力强，有团队合作精神，具备一定的团队、项目管理能力。

With main business on big data, WINNER Technology has developed stably since the foundation in 2014 and takes more market share than that of other vendors in total.
Concentrating on offline customer behavior analytics and business value mining for over ten years, we use ABI (AI, big data and IoT) to provide service on data collection, data management and data operation in offline scenarios. With data service infusing dynamism, WINNER Technology aims to establish a data platform for offline brick-and-mortar business.
