职位描述
岗位职责：
1、挖掘数据价值，发现数据背后的价值；
2、与业务部门沟通合作，将数据模型应用于实际业务；
3、在项目实施过程中，配合现场项目组，结合业务逻辑，设计并完成算法落地；
岗位需求：
1、应用数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2、对数据敏感度强，善于分析、归纳、解决问题；熟悉常用数据业务模型，以及展现图表形式；
3、较强的逻辑分析能力和独立思考能力，理解用户需求；充分的数据敏感度，能从大量数据之提炼出核心结果，分析数据中隐含的变化和问题；能够把合理的思路应用于实践；
4、熟练掌握主流数据库系统，如mysql/oracle/sqlserve；
5、熟练掌握SQL语法，了解统计学原理和常用数据挖掘算法；
6、熟悉；常见机器学习算法，如聚类、回归、决策树等；
7、对处理大量数据有经验，掌握数据清洗流程；
8、熟悉主流ETL开发工具以及脚本，如：Informatica、Kettle、Datastage、SSIS等一种或多种ETL工具；
