岗位职责：

1.     负责数据治理规划，梳理数据资产，制定详细的项目计划与实施方案，负责数据治理项目的整体推动；

2.    梳理、规划数据管理体系，完善数据管理标准（包括编码、分类标准等），制定合理的主数据管理流程，并建立和维护相应文档提交给客户审阅；

3.    负责数据项目的推进，包括数据标准规范的持续优化、数据质量的持续提升，数据编码管控、创建、维护过程，数据清洗工作等；

4.    面向商业零售行业领域，负责主数据体系规划、标准制定，主数据管理的协调与沟通，主数据需求的调研与分析、方案设计、项目实施；

5.    为应用转化与行业研究提供技术支持、方案讨论与设计等。

岗位要求：

1.     应用数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.    具有5年以上数据治理经验相关工作经验，熟悉常用数据治理，了解数据治理体系架构，对数据标准、数据质量、信息模型、元数据管理方法有深入研究；

3.    在数据架构、数据模型、数据标准、数据质量、元数据、数据安全、数据标准、数据治理、数据管控方面有一定的项目经验；

4.    能够及时了解大数据相关的进展和方法，学习和理解与数据治理相关的技术方法；

5.    有商业零售等行业数据工作经验优先。

6.    具备良好的内外部协调能力，沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，有强烈责任心。
