1.Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer

2.Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer

3.Manage customer escalations, incl. customer’s requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation team in developing resolutions

4.Conduct regular business review / QBR with assigned customers for continuous service improvement

5.Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs to identify focus area for improvements

6.Anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions. Provide regular updates to senior management on customer’s initiatives and strategies to facilitate developing strategic account development plan

7.Work closely and support solutions team to identify and achieve CIP for major customer

8.Work closely  with RDC and Region to monitor and follow up KPI, stock count, POD return, audits and corrective actions to achieve the target from customer

9.Take other tasks assigned by the Business VP if required
