职位描述

【岗位职能】Job Functions

1、 根据公司整体战略目标,制定酒店的经营方针、策略和工作计划,并组织实施,带领全体员工努力完成各项经营、管理、成本指标,全面提高酒店的服务质量和管理水平,不断提高酒店经营效益和社会效益。

According to the company's overall strategic objectives, formulate the hotel's business policies, strategies and work plans, organize the implementation, lead all employees to strive to complete various business, management and cost indicators, comprehensively improve the service quality and management level of the hotel, and constantly improve the hotel's operating and social benefits.

2、 确立酒店的经营计划(月、季、年)、发展规划及经营方针,制定酒店的经营管理目标,并指挥实施。

Establish the hotel's business plan (month, quarter, year), development plan and operation policy, formulate the hotel's operation and management objectives, and direct the implementation.

3、 按照酒店经营和服务的规范要求及质量标准,负责制定完善酒店的各项规章制度,建立健全内部组织系统,协调各部门关系,建立内部合理而有效的运行机制。

In accordance with the standard requirements and quality standards of hotel operation and service, be responsible for formulating and improving the rules and regulations of the hotel, establishing and improving the internal organization system, coordinating the relationship between departments, and establishing a reasonable and effective internal operation mechanism.

4、 全面负责酒店的市场拓展、建立符合兰兹ICON的团队,有效的传播兰兹精神。

Be fully responsible for the market development of the hotel, establish a team in line with Ranz icon, and effectively spread the spirit of Ranz.

5、 全面负责酒店的安全管理,切实抓好酒店的安全生产、食品卫生和治安、消防管理工作。

Be fully responsible for the safety management of the hotel, and do a good job in the safety production, food hygiene, public security and fire management of the hotel.

6、 负责酒店资产管理,控制酒店营销成本,减少浪费,提高经济效益。

Responsible for hotel asset management, control hotel marketing cost, reduce waste and improve economic efficiency.

7、 负责重要客人的接待工作,保持与社会各界的广泛联系,塑造企业良好的内、外部形象。Be responsible for the reception of important guests, maintain extensive contact with all sectors of society, and shape a good internal and external image of the enterprise.

8、 做好酒店的行政及后勤管理工作,重点抓好固定资产的维护保养、更新和能源管理工作。Do a good job in the administration and logistics management of the hotel, focusing on the maintenance, renewal and energy management of fixed assets.

9、每月向集团、运营总监汇报工作,完成交办的各项任务。

Report to the group and operation director every month to complete all tasks assigned.

10、建立酒店与客户、供应商、合作伙伴、上级主管、政府机构、金融机构、媒体等部门间顺畅的渠道。

Establish smooth channels between the hotel and customers, suppliers, partners, superiors, government agencies, financial institutions, media and other departments.

11、建立酒店内部良好的沟通渠道,协调各部门关系。

Establish a good communication channel within the hotel and coordinate the relationship between all departments.

12、营造企业文化氛围,塑造和强化酒店客观价值。

Create corporate culture atmosphere, shape and strengthen the objective value of the hotel.

13、负责酒店员工队伍建设,培养、选拔中高层管理人员和优秀员工。

Responsible for the construction of hotel staff, training and selection of middle and senior managers and excellent employees.

14、负责处理酒店重大突发事件、并及时向董事会汇报。

Be responsible for handling major emergencies of the hotel and reporting to the board of directors in a timely manner.

15、监督、控制经营计划的实施过程,并对结果负全面责任。

Supervise and control the implementation process of the business plan, and take full responsibility for the results.


【任职资格】Job Qualifications

1、25-35岁,男女不限,本科以上学历;

25-35 years old, *** and ***, bachelor degree or above;

2、3年以上国际五星级酒店总经理经验;或5年以上房务经理、前厅经理,销售经理管理经验,具有酒店筹建经验优先;

At least 3 years experience as general manager of international five-star hotel, or at least 5 years management experience as room manager, front office manager and sales manager;

3、具有熟练的英语口语沟通能力,协调能力及服务意识,有招聘外籍行李生经验优先;

Good command of oral English, coordination and service, experience in recruiting foreign students is preferred;

4、熟悉五星级酒店运营管理,具有战略制定与实施能力,以及敏锐的市场感知及客户开发能力;

Familiar with five-star hotel operation and management, with the ability of strategy formulation and implementation, as well as keen market perception and customer development ability;

5、工作稳定,有志愿未来成为集团合伙人优先;

Stable work, willing to become a group partner in the future is preferred;

6、可接受全国派遣。

National assignment acceptable.
