PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Effectively assist NSD on all functional support and coordination, to ensure the smooth running of business, align, consolidate and enhance sales systems, both in sell-in & sell-through functions.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

- Provide effective/efficient assistance to National Sales Director

*Summarize and consolidate reports on a weekly and monthly basis as per request

*Prepare all relevant business reports and presentations in a high quality and professional manner

*Monthly, weekly and daily schedule planning and management

*Business trip arrangement and coordination

*Responsible for department expense claims and checking

*Set up a clear and efficient filing system

*Responsible for all important visitors’ travel and accommodation

*Responsible for efficient communications between HQ & retail team

*Responsible for efficient communication across sales department and other function.

- Order handling and update sell-in promptly.

*Deal with weekly order, feedback the information about low stock to PM

*Update sell-in status to NSD

- Sales Administration:

*Organize Management Meeting, take meeting minutes and follow through its action plan

*Travel arrangement, e.g. flight and hotel booking

*Monthly marketing guideline & delivery to each door

- Technical skills:

*At least 3+ years relevant working experiences as assistant, sales area background is preferred

*Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication

*Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
