职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquire and complaints in professional manner and excellent attitude;
2. Co-ordinate with Operation Team, customer and oversea offices.
3. Follow up overseas agents' sales & routing order and prepare shipment report.
4. Maintains customer database and daily report.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry;
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
4. Professional customer communication skills and attitude.
