Devise a value proposition of customer segments, customer offer consists of our products and services that meet the needs of our targeted or prospective customers ？ Responsible to work as part of the sales team to create, stimulate and maximize sales opportunities as well as provide excellent service to customers ？ Implement the company customer service policy, procedure and activities to meet the company overall business objectives and protect customer relationship and public reputation ？ Develop and implement client service process and standard to enhance the relationship the company has with its clients. ？ Be in charge of treating all customer requests in priority and support other staffs involved in customer management issues 

任职要求：

Education : University Graduate 

Languages ：Be good at English both oral and written 

Professional experience & know how :  4-5 years customer service experience, prefer to have Lux Retail, Hospitality experience，has watch or Jewelry product knowledge is a plus 

Technical & management skills :  With high standard customer service knowledge and skill, with tracked record on handling customer complain smoothly, with watch or  jewelry industry experience is a plus 

Personal & interpersonal skills :  Impact, business awareness, flexibility, negotiation skill, hospitable, empathy, detail orientated and with team work spirits
