Job responsibilities 

1.To work within a multi-discipline team to bring products to mass production within timeline & cost.

2. To follow-up on tooling qualification for plastics / metal / rubber parts etc.    

3. To develop testing plan & equipments with team for execution

4.  To solve/ debug engineering / technical issues by employing solid scientific methodologies & statistical analysis

5. To be responsible for the engineering build, pilot run up to mass production start including evaluation of data & result

6. To work with outside vendors on material / components qualification

7. To effectively interface with internal teams & customers 

   

Qualification 

1. Bachlor degree or above  in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipling; 

2.Minimum 3 years solid experience in project engineering,

3.Familiar with Auto CAD is a must,Proe/3D drawing experience is an advantage; 

4.Experience in PRC manufacturing procedures and product debug is essential; 

5.Comfortable English communication.
