What you’ll bring to the TMS    

• To analyse & validate the product cost and tooling cost estimates based on the product specification
• To monitor the cost impact of timeline/design changes
• To support engineers on working out the product costing for each design
• To review the preliminary timeline and get consensus with the team
• To review supplier quotations and to engage in negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing
• To investigate cost reduction opportunities by liaising with suppliers and project team

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in premium/toy industry
• Experience in product development is preferred
• Product costing experience is an advantage
• Strong business ethics and high level of integrity
• Strong analytical skill, negotiation skills with business acumen
• Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to deal with different levels of people
• Strong communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to travel as necessary
